So girls, here’s your time to get all dolled up like
Cinderella and meet your prince tonight!
BUT WAIT!No ones asking you to wear a ballroom gown so relax!I remember how I used to search on Pinterest for great
outfit ideas and it used to spam me with all the ideas and I had no clue which
ones were the best.After like a lot of experience and a degree in fashion
designing I guess I m finally able to write a blog on it!I know this isn’t a piece of cake but here are some tips
that keep you on track while thinking about your next date outfit.
1. WEAR SOMETHING APPROPRIATE FOR THE VENUE.
IT
IS VERY IMPORTANT!
Trust me you would not like to wear your stilettos to a casual bowling day out or to some theme park. Really no!Or a sexy satin gown for a cup of coffee( I accidentally wore this though, AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT FEELS) Always know what crowd and place you are
heading to.Do your little homework and search it
online to get to know the vibe of the place.
If you have no idea where you are going
then just play safe and wear your classics and you’ll still rock his heart
anyway.
2. ALWAYS WEAR THAT DEFINES YOU!I
still regret wearing that body con dress of mine back in a high school party
which made me so conscious about my curves that I couldn’t even sit the whole
time!So
what I learnt here isNo matter what!
You
don’t wanna wear something you aren’t confident in.Be
yourself and that is going to make you look 10 times prettier than any
beautiful outfit.
3. DON’T WEAR TOO MANY ELEMENTS ALL TOGETHER.
I
get it how excited we all get when its about going to a date so we end up
wearing everything all together. Basic rule: minimalist is the
new black Don’t
pair patterns over patterns or colors over colors. Breathe! Let your outfit breathe!Accentuate
on one or two elements- if you got a statement dress then always have nude
heels or basic blocks along with a statement watch and a nice pair of studs and
you are on your way to steal so many hearts.
4. AVOID WEARING BORING CLOTHES
I
had a neon jacket and I m still proud of that. Girls, never shy away from
bringing out the fashionista in you!We all are divas and we can wear anything
we want. Try out those
new stripped stilettos you always fancied or that crazy sunglasses you saw Bella
Hadid in.
Don’t limit yourself in trying
new styles and trends that will bring out the best in you!
So you all are ready to dazzle up and leave one crystal shoe behind for your prince to find, since those are limited edition Charles and Keith.
